Granny Square Blanket Finished!

At long last I have finished my first granny square blanket!

Its not massive I thought for my first one I'd start small and work my way up to a bed sized one.

I think the flowers really pop and just gives it that something extra.

    So pretty - and such a good idea to start small and work up to a larger blanket. I haven't had the courage yet - I've made some fairly small things but nothing as big as a blanket. One day ....

    your Granny Square blanket is beautiful! It reminded me of the blanket my grandmother crocheted for me. She was a big influence in my crafty life! It has held up well and your beautiful piece has made me think about how I should carry on the tradition with my children. These homemade treasures are priceless! Thank you so much for sharing!
